Steve Skinner’s studio is built in the sunroom of his home in
Montclair, NJ. The room has excellent acoustics and provides a
bright, sunny work environment. It has two listening orientations,
one optimized for arranging and recording, the other for accurate
mixing. He has developed and built a unique system of recording
electric guitars that allows the artist to quickly try various hardware
amps and settings before or after the part has been recorded.
